National Fish and Chip Awards 2015

The finals of the 2015 National Fish and Chip Awards, sponsored by Seafish, will take place on Tuesday 20 January 2015 at the Lancaster Hotel in London. The Awards are an annual competition designed to reward the nation’s best fish and chip shops across a number of categories, including the most prestigious award of ‘Fish and Chip Shop of the Year’.

Croft Street Fisheries’ owner Rafael Chandler will be attending the awards this year as he helped judge the Young Fish Fryer of the Year Award. Back in November Rafael also travelled to Holland with this year’s finalists for a workshop arranged by range manufacturers Florigo.
